To support Estateguru’s sales team by increasing the loan volume in Germany through effective portfolio management and sales activities.
* Seeking real estate developers, real estate investors or partners who need financing for a real estate project;
* Communicating with potential clients and counseling, identifying and understanding the needs of business managers and property owners;
* Developing and growing the sales pipeline;
* Managing the DD of projects to be funded from research to funding disbursement;
* Researching possible new channels/partners and platforms for generating leads;
* Promoting and cultivating new business and partnership opportunities;
* Generating and implementing new sales strategies;
* Solving diverse tasks.
You are the one for us if you:
* Previous experience in real estate sales, real estate or the field of finance;
* Sense of responsibility, loyalty and attention to detail;
* Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dig in to help drive our business forward;
* Fluency in German and English. Any other language is a plus;
* Ability to plan and manage your time and tasks;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
